In the spring of 2008, wooden GTW caboose 77904 was placed by the trackside in Plainwell. It sits on rails, which are buried in the concrete. This track once ran through a lean-to against a grain elevator building to the east of the main. This elevator building is now being refurbished, as shown in the bottom photo. This caboose had sat at a private residence a few miles north of Plainwell for at last the past twenty years.
